Since 1970, three generations of Cleland's have been serving the Lowcountry of South Carolina and Georgia. Cleland has been an integral part of the growth and development of Hilton Head Island and the surrounding area. Our local insight, experience, technical knowledge and expertise, combined with state of the art equipment, provide our clients with high quality, cost-effective construction in a timely manner.
